To ensure your LSENTR fiber laser cutting machine operates at peak performance and maintains cutting precision, regular inspection and replacement of consumables is critical. Below is the recommended replacement frequency and estimated annual usage for standard B2B production environments.
Cutting Nozzle
Directly affects gas flow and cut quality. Replace immediately if deformed by collisions or heavy slag accumulation.
Protective Lens
Protects internal optics from spatter. Must be kept perfectly clean. Replace if burn spots or permanent debris are visible.
Ceramic Ring
